We listened to your feedback. To better communicate with our English-speaking members, we are pleased to introduce an English version of our newsletter.

While our classes and conferences continue to be offered in French only, we are gradually making our programs and information available in both languages through our website and digital communications.

We look forward to sharing more with you and hope to see you at our activities. Thank you for being part of our community!

The fall program is now available online

Now is the time to discover all the activities waiting for you this fall. Our program is full of activities to get moving, learn, and socialize.

Registration opens August 20 at 10 a.m.

Please make sure your FADOQ membership card is active to facilitate your registration. You can then register using the method that suits you best :
